Chuck has 30+ years of Operations experience. In 1988, while working as a software engineer at a Digital Equipment Corporation printed wiring board manufacturing facility, Chuck was introduced to Eli Goldratt’s The Goal. Armed with The Theory of Constraints, Chuck was inspired to begin his journey to change the world and jumped at the opportunity to transfer from the IT department to the Manufacturing department as a Production Supervisor so he could have greater opportunity to impact policy. After several years of working at the supervisor and manager level, Chuck joined Chesapeake for his first tour of duty. Since, Chuck has enjoyed many opportunities working for the past 15 years at the VP and C-level Operations Positions including the largest domestic jewelry manufacturer Pace Enterprises where he managed 600 employees in plants located in Los Angeles, CA and Guadalajara, Mexico; Smashbox Cosmetics where he was apart of the leadership team that managed 5X growth over 5 years, and more recent stints at Stila Styles, Astral Brands and Tarte Cosmetics. Chuck has had much success and some failures over the past 30 years and looks forward to sharing what he has learned when applying TOC concepts to enterprise fitness, leadership, supply chain management and project management.
