Organizational Development

Sometimes organizations are simply not structured to achieve their stated goals.  They may not have the correct departments or there may be way too many people reporting to the same person or the people in the positions do not have the behavior and skill sets to accomplish what needs to be done.  Chesapeake has people and tools that can address these issues.  We use a methodology called Requisite Organization (RO) to determine the proper structure and to give insight into what each position in the structure requires with respect to time span of outlook.  We can also help write job descriptions and assess personnel for those positions.
