Jeff has been with Chesapeake Consulting since 2012 and works with our government service group. He provides support for the FAA in dealing with requirements analysis and systems engineering in the Next Generation Air Transportation System. He has over 20 years work and research experience in a variety of areas including acoustics, sonar, radar, missile defense and systems engineering.

He earned his BS in Mathematics and an MS and a PhD in Engineering Mechanics all from Virginia Tech.

Prior to working at Chesapeake Jeff held engineering positions with several companies including Raytheon, Dynamics Technology and Northrop Grumman.

Jeff has had seven articles published in technical journals and he has received numerous academic and technical awards and recognition.

In his spare time Jeff is an avid Virginia Tech sports fan, hiker and kayaker.
